Job Position:
Service Associate Manager

Job Location:
Oskaloosa, 1st Street, Iowa

Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily supervision of service associates and related support staff in a MidWestOne bank location. Performs exempt management duties under the general direction of respective Retail Manager. Ensures security activities and dual control measures are maintained and practiced by bank staff. Handles a variety of operational reports or tracking, maintaining of records, and supplies for the bank location. Participates in bank public relations events and community activities to enhance image and personal client contacts.

Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent is required. Additional coursework in banking and finance classes and or supervisory management seminars preferred. Strong working knowledge of teller operations as this relates to operational and technical knowledge. Ability to operate general office machines and bank specific equipment required. Strong communication skills, written and verbal required.

Hours:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt. 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, Saturdays possible

Compensation/Benefits:
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Credit Analyst Assistant

Job Location:
Downtown Iowa City

Duties/Responsibilities:
Analyzes credit data with primary responsibilities including the review of financial statements for commercial and agricultural borrowers like review and analyze tax returns, document tracking for Commercial Lending, statement spreading using Baker Hill and financial analysis, monthly lender review, complete and maintain the Top 30 Commercial Borrowers list, analyze industry trends which may or may not raise potential concerns, resolution of auditor exceptions

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business or pursuing a business degree; or one or more years of relevant experience or related experience and/or training in a financial analysis role.

Hours:
Part Time, Non-Exempt, 20-23 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Job Position:
Commercial/Ag Banking Officer

Job Location:
Burlington- Division St, Iowa

Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs commercial and/or agricultural banking services for MWO customers with respect to the extension of credit and monitoring of the overall banking relationship. Examines, evaluates, and authorizes or recommends approval of customer applications for commercial loans and establishes the overall banking relationship through referrals of additional bank services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred plus 3-5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hours:
Full time, Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Provides a wide variety of customer service functions involving the payment and receipt of money, customer accounts, and other general banking services. Participates actively in referrals of other bank products and services. Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent is desirable. Will be expected to attend additional training programs offered internally and externally by the Bank to enhance skills and abilities. Strong customer service skills and sales abilities required. Strong communication skills required. Ability and desire to practice bank security and operational policies/procedures is necessary. A professional attitude and attire are required.

Hours:
Part Time, Non-Exempt, 23 hours per week, Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays

Duties/Responsibilities:
Is responsible for proactive retail support/services/sales activities of telephone customer service by providing a one-stop shop approach. Provides effective, efficient and consistent service, which enhances the profitability of the bank's services to all customers. Assumes the responsibility of assisting customers with problems and/or inquiries regarding various accounts, electronic banking services, fraud and the sale of various retail products. Performs other related operational tasks associated with the department. Interacts with all MidWestOne Bank offices and departments in order to service the customer and exceed their expectations.

Qualifications:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Full Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays

Job Position:
Retail Managing Officer

Job Location:
Waterloo, Iowa

Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversees the management of the branch facility to ensure that effective staffing, security, operations, customer service, and business development efforts are in place. Helps manage mix of sales, service, and operational responsibilities of office staff. Solicits and develops new business through proactive efforts and walk-in activities, retail and small commercial. Is responsible for the branch facility's budget: planning and managing to approved expenses and cost controls, and meeting revenue projections. Experience with both commercial and retail banking would be beneficial.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hours:
Full-Time, Exempt. 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Real Estate Loan Officer

Job Location:
Cedar Falls, Iowa

Duties/Responsibilities:
Is responsible for the production and solicitation of a wide variety of residential real estate loans, working on a low base plus commission compensation program. Reviews mortgage loan applications to determine if basic lending criteria are met. Ensures that customer needs are satisfied through effective customer service. Contributes to the Bank's profit projections through individual and department goals and strategies. Additionally responsible for cross-sales and / or referrals of all bank products and services

Qualifications:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years mortgage lending experience required. Must possess excellent communication skills; prioritize work demands effectively. Knowledge of overall bank operations is desirable.

Full-Time, Non-Exempt. 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
