Falcon™ Fraud Manager reviews activity based on transaction data and cardholder profile factors, which could be affected while traveling. Suspect activity may result in a temporary block until cardholder activity can be verified. To limit any impact, please keep in mind the following travel tips.
- Notify the Bank in advance of your trip, especially if you were will be traveling outside of the U.S.
- Provide your cell or other phone number that you can be contacted 24/7
- Provide your travel itinerary, including dates traveled
- Be prepared, always carry at least three different methods of payment
- For your convenience, MidWestOne Bank offers prepaid travel cards and foreign currency as alternate payment methods
- Keep fraud reporting and customer service contact information with you in a safe place away from your wallet or handbag

- Check your home voice mail if you do experience problems using your card
- Guard your receipts and keep them in one place while traveling
